Company history

EzGov was incorporated in Atlanta on 9th April, 1999. The company began as the dream of Bryan Mundy and Ed Trimble, who recognized the tremendous opportunities online transactional government applications. EzGov launched its first application (Property Tax Payment in DeKalb County, Georgia) in August 1999.

In the following years, EzGov grew quickly and opened offices in Amsterdam, London and Washington, D.C., to better serve a rapidly expanding global client base. The company's Americas and Caribbean business unit was purchased by ChoicePoint in May 2005. EzGov Europe has since carried on the mission of providing leading solutions to enable European public sector organisations.
