FRANK MOYER APPOINTED AS CEO OF EZGOV EUROPE TO HELP CONSOLIDATE LEADERSHIP TEAM AND SUPPORT COMPANY EXPANSION
LONDON, United Kingdom - 21 February 2007 - EzGov Europe,
one of the market leaders in enabling successful e-Government, has
promoted Frank Moyer to company CEO. In his new role, Moyer, who
is also President of the company, will help consolidate EzGov's
leadership team and focus on the company's growth in the European
market. Moyer joined EzGov Europe in 1999 and in that time has steadily
progressed from being VP of Operations to CIO and then President.
Prior to joining EzGov Europe he worked for Accenture where he held
a number of senior roles.

Moyer moves in to his new role as CEO to replace Ed Trimble who
will continue in his role as Chairman of the company, reflecting
his broader role in the business community.
