Edward L. Trimble
Chairman
After the acquisition of EzGov, Inc.'s Americas and Caribbean business unit, Edward L. Trimble became CEO of EzGov Europe and is responsible for the overall strategic direction and growth of the company. Under his leadership EzGov became a global leader in the government software solutions market. Prior to founding EzGov, Mr. Trimble was founder and CEO of InterArch Technologies, an Atlanta-based company specializing in e-commerce solutions. He also worked as an information technology consultant with Andersen Consulting and served as director of professional services for the NTA division of HNC Software.

Frank Moyer
Chief Executive Officer
Prior to assuming the role of managing director for EzGov Europe, Mr. Moyer spent more than five years in various executive management roles with EzGov, Inc. Before joining EzGov, he served in management in the technical architecture group for Andersen Consulting. Mr. Moyer was responsible for improving operating efficiencies and managing mission-critical applications for large telecommunications companies worldwide. He received both a BA in economics and a BS in computer science from Columbia University.

John P. Imlay, Jr.
As its chairman and CEO, John P. Imlay, Jr. built Atlanta-based Management Science America into one of the largest software companies in the world. After its merger with a division of Dun & Bradstreet, Mr. Imlay served as chairman of the new firm, Dun & Bradstreet Software, until his retirement in 1996. He now chairs Imlay Investments, Inc. and sits on the corporate boards of the Atlanta Falcons and IMS Health. Mr. Imlay also wrote "Jungle Rules," a book on management.

Elaine C. Kamarck
Dr. Elaine C. Kamarck is executive director of Visions of Governance for the 21st Century at Harvard University's John F. Kennedy School of Government. Previously, she served as senior policy advisor to former Vice President Al Gore and headed former President Bill Clinton's National Performance Review, also known as the Reinventing Government Program. Dr. Kamarck also has worked as a senior fellow at the Progressive Policy Institute and has written regular columns for Newsday and the Los Angeles Times.

Jim Leto
Prior to joining Robbins-Gioia, Mr. Leto served as the chairman and CEO of PRC, a science and technology firm. Under his guidance, PRC achieved annual operating income growth of 40 percent and was ranked among the top ten information technology contractors for the federal government and the number one IT provider for both the Justice Department and Commerce Department. A 30-year industry veteran, Mr. Leto spent the first 23 years of his career in a variety of positions at AT&T where he accomplished several career milestones. In one capacity, Mr. Leto served as vice president and general manager of the newly formed Federal Computer Systems Division, where he established a major presence for the company's computer systems and system integration capabilities.

I. Sigmund Mosley, Jr.
Sigmund Mosley, Jr. is president of Imlay Investments, Inc. He also serves as a director of The Imlay Foundation, Inc. and is a venture partner with Armada Venture Group. After beginning his career with Peat Marwick & Mitchell as a staff accountant, Mr. Mosley joined Management Science America, Inc. (now Dun & Bradstreet Software Services, Inc.) as a staff accountant. At MSA, he served as Secretary-Treasurer from 1972 to 1990 and was a Vice President from 1982 to 1991. In addition to EzGov Europe, Mr. Mosley serves on the board of directors of the following private companies: Ardext Technologies; Bank Intelligence; eQuorum Corporation; Fountainhead Water Company, Inc.; Kelly Registration, Inc.; MCF Systems, Inc.; Photobooks, Inc.; USBA Holdings, Inc.

Robert J. Smith is the founder, former senior vice president and general manager of America Online Inc.'s Digital City. In addition to numerous other AOL management positions he held, including vice president of affiliate development, Mr. Smith was director of sales and marketing at Congressional Quarterly Inc. He most recently served as chairman and CEO of Vector Development LLC, a firm focused on investments in early-stage Internet companies.
